MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST (COR)

You will serve as a Management and Program Analyst in the Doctrine & Innovation Directorate of NAVINFOWARDEVCEN NORFOLK.

**Qualifications:**
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience independently managing the execution of assigned contracts or orders as the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR). Experience working with Contracting Officer and contracting team throughout the solicitation process; developing and monitoring timelines and milestones; leading or participating on contract technical evaluation boards. Experience monitoring the cost, schedule and performance of all assigned contracts and agreements; validating work performed and accepting deliverables. Experience reviewing and approving invoices and vouchers and coordinating the phase in and closeout of the contract or task order. Experience managing complex projects, coordinating and tracking responses to issues. Experience reviewing and analyzing products and deliverables, capturing and developing findings and recommendations, updating databases and tracking tools.
