Werkstudent Fullstack Software Engineer

<p>We are looking for a <strong>highly capable Fullstack Software Engineer</strong> (primarily working student) who is eager to take ownership, build end-to-end systems, and contribute directly to the core of the product.</p>
<p>This is not a role for incremental work — it is a role for <strong>builders</strong>.</p>
<h2>Tasks</h2>
<p>You will take ownership of critical parts of the platform and work across the full stack:</p>

<li>Design and implement <strong>end-to-end features (frontend → backend → database)</strong></li>

<li>Develop <strong>high-performance, clean user interfaces</strong> using modern React patterns</li>
<li>Drive performance optimization and architectural decisions</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with founders on product and technical direction</li>
