Growth Marketing Manager @Mobility Stealth Start-up

<p>We’re a stealth, Tier-1 VC-backed mobility start-up that’s rewriting how vehicle inspection centers are built and operated. With a proven expansion blueprint and a clear M&#x26;A strategy, we’ll triple revenue next year. Our founders - serial entrepreneurs who’ve raised >USD 80m from top-tier US investors and just closed another strong Seed round - are pushing hard into new geographies.</p>

<h2>Tasks</h2>
<p>You’ll drive our growth engine end to end. Every week, your work will push us closer to hitting 3x YoY revenue. Full ownership from strategy to execution.</p>
<ul>
<li><strong>B2B(2C) GTM:</strong> Build and optimise GTM motions for potential clients - mainly SMEs incl. repair shops, car dealers, fleet managers &#x26; car rentals.</li>
<li><strong>B2C GTM:</strong> Build hypotheses, test, and scale new customer acquisition channels from scratch.</li>
<li><strong>Performance Marketing:</strong> Own SEA/Meta campaigns end-to-end - from budgeting to creatives to reporting.</li>
<li><strong>SEO:</strong> Optimise SEO &#x26; GEO set-up, optimise landing pages, and manage our organic performance engine.</li>
<li><strong>Social Media:</strong> Manage our channels. Drive growth through consistent execution.</li>
<li><strong>Content Strategy:</strong> Draft and execute a content roadmap that positions us as a category leader.</li>
<li><strong>Influencer Marketing:</strong> Set-up our influencer strategy &#x26; execute on your hypotheses.</li>
<li><strong>Rapid Experimentation:</strong> Run tests across the entire funnel, prioritise by impact, ship fast, and iterate.</li>
</ul>
<p>No two weeks will look the same. One day you’ll launch a B2B outbound sequence, the next you’ll run creative testing for Meta ads or negotiate with influencers. You’ll operate with direct access to decisions - no waiting for approvals.</p>
<h2>Requirements</h2>
<ul>
<li><strong>Experience in growth, performance marketing, SEO, SEA or GTM</strong> - ideally in both B2B &#x26; B2C businesses (plus).</li>
<li><strong>Experienced in fast‑paced environments</strong> (hypergrowth start‑ups, VC, growth equity, PE, investment banking, or strategy consulting) and capable of delivering high‑quality outcomes.</li>
<li><strong>An excellent multitasker</strong> with strong organisational skills and adaptability to shifting priorities.</li>
<li>A proactive communicator and team player with a <strong>service mindset</strong> and high integrity.</li>
<li><strong>Passionate about entrepreneurship</strong> and <strong>the start-up ecosystem</strong> with a genuine hunger to learn, grow and build a massive ops-heavy company.</li>
<li>Completed a <strong>bachelor's</strong> or <strong>master’s programme</strong> (business-related field is a plus) from a top-tier university.</li>
<li><strong>Fully fluent in German</strong> is a must (C2).</li>
