<h3>What You’ll Do &nbsp;</h3>

<ul>
<li>Build and maintain core platform components (SSO, Access Management, clusters, networking, CI/CD, observability)</li>
<li>Own Terraform modules, baseline configurations, and guardrails for distributed teams</li>
<li>Design and evolve platform “golden paths” - secure defaults, templates, and standards</li>
<li>Maintain platform IaC (Terraform, modules, state design, multi-account governance)</li>
<li>Integrate with team-owned CDK stacks through stable platform contracts</li>
<li>Lead evolution of platform abstraction layers and service catalogs</li>
<li>Design and manage multi-account AWS landing zone (Orgs, SCPs, permissions boundaries)</li>
<li>Own developer onboarding patterns (IAM SSO access, automation, pipelines).Build safe cross-account deployment workflows (GitHub OIDC, least privilege)</li>
<li>Design and operate ECS and EKS clusters used by hundreds of services</li>
<li>Establish best practices for container execution, networking, autoscalingManage central networking components (VPC, TGW, Route53)</li>
<li>Ensure secure east–west communication between workloads in different accounts</li>
<li>Provide self-service tools and templates for teams (pipelines, service definitions, actions).Abstract platform complexity to enable fast and safe deployments for all teams</li>
<li>Own documentation, workshops, patterns, and architectural guidance</li>
<li>Operate and evolve platform-wide logging, metrics, and tracing systems</li>
<li>Ensure operational standards for platform components</li>
</ul>

<h3>What You Bring&nbsp;</h3>

<ul>
<li>Experience with running and operating software in production at scale</li>
<li>You know how to build CI/CD pipelines allowing everyday releases</li>
<li>You know Git</li>
<li>Cloud-native approach&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ability to design scalable and highly-available architecture in the the cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP)</li>
<li>Hands-on experience with container orchestration Kubernetes</li>
<li>Coding experience in several languages (eg. TypeScript, Java, Kotlin, Python, Bash)</li>
<li>Experience in setting up monitoring and logging tools (Elk stack, azure insights, Kibana)</li>
<li>Infrastructure as Code and automation (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation)</li>
<li>Experience with API Gateways</li>
<li>Cloud and network security</li>
<li>Be up to date with the latest technology trends</li>
<li>Effective with writing clean documentation</li>
<li>Design thinking methodologies</li>
<li>Cloud based software architecture and solutions</li>
<li>Agile/Scrum philosophies and methods</li>
<li>Good Interpersonal &amp; team collaboration skills</li>
<li>You are expected to keep up to date with rest of the world, specifically within your own domain (e.g. technology, methodology and tools)</li>
