PL Operation manager

Requirements: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience working with US customers during US business hours. 10 years of overall experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role. Prior experience managing teams focused on scheduling and workforce planning, data analysis, and real-time analysis (RTA). Strong experience in creating dashboards and reports in Salesforce. Excellent reporting and analytical skills. Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.
