TELECOMMUNICATIONS SPECIALIST

You will serve as a TELECOMMUNICATIONS SPECIALIST in the NAVINFOWARDEVCEN NORFOLK.

**Qualifications:**
To qualify for a GS-13, your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience managing the radio frequency spectrum. Experience coordinating and implementing spectrum management policy in order to ensure compatibility between communications and electronic systems supporting military operations. Experience identifying and addressing readiness assessments associated with access and maneuver in the electromagnetic spectrum. Experience assigning and reviewing work for attainment of desired results, setting broad based goals and objective and long-range planning. Experience preparing technical correspondence, reports and assembling and disseminating current status of work. Experience overseeing and managing contractors.
