**Qualifications:**
BASIC REQUIREMENTS: Must be at least 18 years old AND have graduated from high school or been awarded a certificate equivalent to graduating from high school. A minimum of one year experience in an automotive retail business which demonstrates knowledge of automotive retail operations and procedures, or equivalent experience to sufficiently perform duties stated above. Must be able to accommodate a flexible work schedule to include weekends, holidays, and night time. Must be able to complete required NAF PC training. Must be able to complete Cash Handling Training Course before handling fund and Refresher Course once per year. A valid Government Owned Vehicle (GOV) operator¿s permit is required for the performance of duties for this position. Inability to obtain or maintain appropriate GOV licensing will result in termination for lack of qualifications. The incumbent is required to obtain required GOV licenses within 30 days of hire. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Practical knowledge of operational procedures of the Automotive Retail Program or related retail businesses, such as retail pricing, merchandise inventory, and supply tracking procedures. Experience in retail operating software such as RecTrac. Working knowledge in operating Microsoft programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint to produce a wide range of documents. Ability to work independently and efficiently in handling multi-task assignments and prioritizing work in a fast-paced, changing work environment. Proficient in both English and Japanese to professionally communicate orally with vendors and customers; read easy to moderate level documents and write clearly and concisely.
