Job Description
You will serve as a TRAINING SPECIALIST in the Workforce Policy & Programs Division of BUREAU OF NAVAL PERSONNEL.
**Qualifications:**
I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-07) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing the following duties: 1) Developing training plans; 2) Providing guidance on the preparation and submission of training requests; 3) Providing recommendations to address individual training needs and program compliance, and 4) Coordinating training review boards/panels to determine order of merit for required rating and ranking of training packages.
