Job Description
You will serve as a Marine Transportation Specialist in the Operations Department of MSCEUR.
**Qualifications:**
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Administering sealift programs relevant to ocean transportation (i.e., dry cargo, ocean tugs, oilers and special project operations) AND Coordinating operational matters concerning the loading, discharging, routing and mailing of controlled dry cargo and tanker vessels AND Directing ship surveys including cargo loading and discharge inspections to support mission requirements.
