TRAINING SPECIALIST (MARKSMANSHIP) (Title 32)

THIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 32 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION. This National Guard position is for a TRAINING SPECIALIST (MARKSMANSHIP) (Title 32), Position Description Number D2118000 and is part of the AR ARNG MARKMANSHIP TNG CTR, National Guard. NATIONAL GUARD MEMBERSHIP IS REQURED- If you are not currently a member of any military service (Brach/Status), please provide a letter stating intent to join. This position is for Onboard Technicians only.

**Qualifications:**
GENERAL EXPERIENCE: Involves nonprofessional work of a technical, specialized, or support nature in the field of education and training when the work requires knowledge of program objectives, policies, procedures, or pertinent regulatory requirements affecting the education or training activity. Conducts education and training tasks for maintenance, operations, and support training; education services; curriculum development; and instructor activities. Develops, delivers, and evaluates education and training programs and classroom activities. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: In addition to meeting the basic entry qualification requirements, experience that demonstrated a practical knowledge of the subject area of the position and the methods and techniques of instruction.
