Manager for Internal Communications-NB-1035-VI

As a Manager for Internal Communications, you will plan, organize, implement, and direct activities associated with developing, coordinating, and implementing the internal communication programs; supervise the assigned staff; and direct the resources necessary to carry out these responsibilities. This position is located in Washington, DC.

**Qualifications:**
You must meet the following requirements within 30 days of the closing date of this announcement: You must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the NB-V band level. Examples of specialized experience for this position include: Collaborating and partnering with internal or external stakeholders to understand key issues, identify engagement opportunities and ensure consistent and aligned messaging, AND Developing and implementing strategic communications initiatives and creating deliverables tailored to specific target audiences. The experience may have been gained in the public sector, private sector, or through volunteer service. One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-time work is considered on a prorated basis.
