LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

You will serve as a Logistics Management Specialist in the Aviation Operations Division of NAVSUP WEAPON SYSTEMS SUPPORT.

**Qualifications:**
I have at least one year of Logistics Management Specialist specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Examples of specialized experience must include the following: 1) Supporting and managing the total life-cycle logistics, including developing and implementing sustainment strategies, making authoritative decisions on behalf of the command, and resolving critical readiness challenges impacting the Naval Aviation Enterprise; 2) Coordinating complex logistics with stakeholders like OPNAV, the U.S. Air Force, DLA, and international partners, as well as experience providing critical briefs on sustainment strategies to Flag Officers and members of the Senior Executive Service (SES); 3) Leading the command's interest in independently planning, directing, and monitoring supply operations; and 4) Making technical judgments on supply policy, developing new methods to resolve major operational problems, and ensuring that program recommendations are integrated across organizational boundaries within NAVSUP WSS and with external partners.
