**Qualifications:**
All qualification requirements must be met by the closing date of the announcement. Time in grade (TIG) must be met within 30 days of the closing date of the announcement. Minimum Qualifications: To qualify at the GS-14 grade level, you must have at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-15 grade level, which must include the following experience: planned internal communication and engagement initiatives to enhance staff understanding of the agency's mission, science, and priorities. Implemented communication strategies and resources to effectively convey organizational goals and scientific priorities. Evaluated the impact of internal engagement activities to ensure clarity, awareness, and alignment with agency objectives. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
