Job Description
As an OASIS+ Program Manager, you'll serve as a Team Leader and Subject Matter Expert of the OASIS+ program as well as a respected authority and provide consultative services. Location determined upon at selection. The Office of Professional Services and Human Capital is responsible for execution and management of contracts related to the services above. We are currently filling one vacancy, but additional vacancies may be filled as needed. Announcement has been extended through 04/15/2026.
**Qualifications:**

The GS-14 salary range starts at $127,624 per year. To qualify, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level or higher in the Federal service. Specialized experience is defined as experience planning, managing, or advising on programs and projects related to federal professional services, human capital acquisitions, and governmentwide contracting vehicles. Experience may include: Managing the administration of Federal acquisition programs or multiple-award contract vehicles, including developing guidance, policies, or procedures to support program implementation and oversight. Analyzing acquisition program performance data or operational metrics to evaluate program effectiveness, identify issues, and recommend improvements to program operations or policy implementation. Leading or coordinating the work of teams or cross-functional program initiatives, including distributing work assignments, monitoring progress, facilitating collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring timely completion of program objectives. Interpreting and applying Federal acquisition laws, regulations, and policies (e.g., Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and agency acquisition guidance) to resolve complex acquisition program issues and ensure compliance with Federal procurement requirements. Providing technical advice and consultation to leadership, contracting activities, and other stakeholders regarding the use, implementation, or management of acquisition programs or professional services contracting strategies.
