**Qualifications:**
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: A qualified candidate's online application and resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level NQ-03/GS-14 in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position is defined as meeting ALL of the following: Ability to conduct a nation-wide public affairs program Responsible for planning, developing, and communicating the organization's technical programs, policies, and activities across multiple Federal agencies and to internal and external populations.
