SUPERVISORY FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST

You will serve as a Supervisory Financial Management Analyst in the Business Operations Department of NAVY PERSONNEL COMMAND.

**Qualifications:**
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Advise management on solutions to financial, accounting, and reporting issues by researching and investigating improved business practices; 2) Analyze and interpret complex legislation, policies, and regulations to determine the impact on accounting, funds distribution, and labor funding; 3) Execute the planning, programming, budgeting, and execution (PPBE) process for programs to ensure compliance with financial regulations and directives; and 4) Prepare and present financial reports, issue papers, or budget justifications to support program and funding decisions.
