Job Description
You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the MARITIME OPERATIONS of BUREAU OF MEDICINE AND SURGERY.
**Qualifications:**
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience overseeing enterprise-wide readiness reporting execution compliance. Experience reviewing monthly unit commander classified assessments in Defense Readiness Reporting System (DRRS-S). Experience comparing commander assessments to authoritative personnel, equipment, supply and training data. Experience preparing comprehensive feedback to reporting unit commanders, through leadership, relaying any substantive findings. Experience preparing and delivering executive correspondence and briefings to ensure senior leaderships' awareness of the enterprise's operational readiness status, to include identifying specific areas of potential concern or attention.
