**Qualifications:**
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or NH-03 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: managing systems engineering activities and planning, programming, budgeting, and execution in a rapid-prototyping environment; participating in technical Integrated Product Teams or similar cross-organizational teams to define technology road maps, identify resource requirements, resolve conflicts; and providing simple, concise reporting to high-level leadership on complex technical matters.
