Human Resources Specialist (Information Systems)

This position is part of the Office of the Chief Human Capital Officer, Office of Workforce Technology and Development (OWTD), Human Resources Information Systems Division (HRIS). As a Human Resources Specialist (Information Systems), you will act as the subject matter expert on all Workday Help and Benefits Modules. You will provide technical support, training, system configuration and ensure proper implementation of system enhancements and functionality.

**Qualifications:**
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: A qualified candidate's online application and resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level GS-12 in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position is defined as meeting ALL of the following: Ensuring timely and accurate processing of all types of personnel actions in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). Analyzing human resources (HR) data in HRIS system to identify and resolve discrepancies, create reports, and make recommendations. Overseeing proper functionality of the HRIS platforms to include customization, development, testing and upgrades to applications, systems and modules.
