HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT (MILITARY)-TITLE 32

THIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 32 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION. This National Guard position is for a HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT (MILITARY)-TITLE 32, Position Description Number PDD2014000 and is part of the KY J1, National Guard. ***NOTE: Indefinite employment is temporary and is expected to last more than one year but no more than five consecutive years.*** Continued employment is not guaranteed and is subject to annual competition.

**Qualifications:**
MINIMUM REQUIREMENT: Administrative or clerical experience which demonstrates the candidate's ability to perform the duties of the position. Experience using computer and automation systems. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Must have at least 12 months experience in the interpretation and application of regulations, procedures or laws. Experience that provided a working knowledge of administrative functions. Experience performing personnel transactions. Experience working independently and setting priorities with very little supervisory control. EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Resume must have complete dates, work schedule, and/or hours worked per week for both civilian and military employment. (Example: 2 JAN 1980 to 3 MAR 1981; 0800-1630 M-F or JAN 1980 to MAR 1981; 40 hrs/wk) Use of year only and unspecified work schedule will result in disqualification.
