Construction Control Representative

This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for DHA for Defense Industrial Base (DIB) &Major Range and Test Facilities Base (MRTF) to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: This position is located at Yuma Proving Ground, AZ.

You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: assisting with the administration of construction contracts for infostructure projects; reviewing plans and/or specifications to ensure contract compliance; participating in monitoring construction progress to ensure adherence to project schedules and/or timelines; conducting onsite inspections to monitor construction progress or an organization and assisting in advising contractors on contract requirements to ensure specifications and construction methods are in compliance with regulations. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-10).
