Supervisory Bowling Manager

This position is located at Naval Weapons Station Yorktown, Morale, Welfare, and Recreation Department. The incumbent functions as the manager for the assigned Twin Pin Bowling Center & Snack Bar. The purpose of this position is to provide entertainment in the bowling facility for our military communities served.

**Qualifications:**

Applicants are encouraged to be clear and specific when describing their experience level and KSAs. A qualified candidate must possess: A broad knowledge of facility and/or bowling program management with the skill and ability to provide supervision and leadership to staff. Must have the ability to deal effectively with subordinates, supervisory/managerial officials and patrons. Position requires a minimum of three years of documented work experience in facility program management and staff supervision that demonstrates progressive responsibility. A minimum of two years successful experience in a qualified bowling center and/or bowling related program is required. A minimum of one year documented supervisory/or assistant manager experience required.
