<p>acemate is building an AI learning &#x26; teaching platform for higher and further education institutions. We have strong traction, secured funding and are entering an exciting growth phase. We're looking for a passionate <strong>Full-Stack Developer (Working Student)</strong> to drive our product forward and help us scale.</p>

<p><strong>What You'll Be Doing</strong></p>
<p>Your role will blend product development and technical infrastructure, shaped by your specific interests and strengths. As an early team member, you'll have a major say in our technical architecture, product roadmap, and overall company strategy.</p>
<p><strong>Product Development:</strong></p>

<li>Work closely with Paul and Emile to build new features from scratch and refine existing ones</li>
<li>Listen to what our users are saying and translate their direct feedback into actual product improvements</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Technical Leadership:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Keep our systems scalable and highly reliable as the company continues to grow</li>
<li>Continuously update and improve our AI toolchains so we're always leveraging the newest developments in artificial intelligence</li>
<li>Build and maintain a modern foundation running primarily on Google Cloud and Cloudflare</li>
</ul>

<li><strong>Duolingo-inspired daily quiz system</strong> built to keep students heavily engaged with their university coursework over time</li>
<li><strong>Complex AI pipelines</strong> that extract text and images from different document types and map them directly into knowledge graphs</li>
<li><strong>Custom authorization engine</strong> created to handle the growing complexity of access controls across different types of institutions</li>

<p><strong>Tech Stack:</strong></p>

<li><strong>Frontend:</strong> TypeScript, Next.js, Tailwind CSS</li>
<li><strong>Database:</strong> Supabase (PostgreSQL)</li>
<li><strong>Infrastructure:</strong> Cloudflare (Workers, Pages, Workflows, R2, KV), Google Cloud (Gemini, Cloud Run)</li>
<li><strong>Tools:</strong> Sentry, Langfuse, PostHog, Stripe</li>

<p>Don't worry if you aren't an expert in every tool listed here from day one. We trust your ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies on the job.</p>
