We're looking for a passionate <strong>Mobile App Developer (React Native)</strong> to drive our product forward and help us scale.</p>

<h2>Tasks</h2>
<p><strong>What You'll Do</strong></p>
<p>Serving as a <strong>Mobile Software Developer</strong> and a key foundational team member, you will function as a core product owner with significant influence over our mobile architecture and user experience. You will take full end-to-end ownership of the technical systems that power our mobile functionalities, encompassing everything from state management and UI architecture to performance monitoring and API integration.</p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Build the core product, extending beyond simply the UI:</strong> You will take ultimate ownership of each feature you engineer. This requires designing fluid user flows, managing complex local state, and ensuring a highly responsive, native-like performance. You will build it, ship it, and continuously refine it.</li>
<li><strong>Architect for scalability and intelligence:</strong> You will map out highly scalable mobile architectures (leveraging modern patterns like MVVM or TCA) that integrate flawlessly with our Effect-based backend and AI systems. You will tackle the complexities involved with real-time synchronization, offline-first logic, and streaming AI responses.</li>
<li><strong>Promote technical excellence:</strong> You will proactively identify and eliminate performance bottlenecks—including render cycles and app startup time—while simultaneously raising the bar for maintainability, type safety, and UX consistency across the entire codebase.</li>

<h2>Requirements</h2>
<p><strong>What We're Looking For</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Strong experience</strong> with TypeScript &#x26; React Native.</li>
<li><strong>End-to-End Ownership:</strong> You don’t throw things over the wall. You own your features until they are running successfully in production and used by real learners.</li>
<li><strong>Startup experience</strong>: You’re comfortable in fast-paced, evolving environments</li>
<li><strong>Balanced AI approach:</strong> You knew how to code before Cursor and Claude Code, but understand how to leverage them effectively</li>
<li><strong>Product passion:</strong> High identification with our mission to transform education</li>
