MANAGEMENT ANALYST

You will serve as a GG-13 OPNAV N2N6IP4 Management Specialist for the DNI/DDNI OPNAV SUPPORT STAFF.

**Qualifications:**
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GG/GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following such as: 1) Experience in executing program and budget integration activities and conducting in depth program and resource analysis; 2) Demonstrated ability to develop, consolidate, and communicate recommendations for senior leadership during Program Objective Memorandum (POM) or comparable strategic planning cycles; 3) Proficiency in evaluating program effectiveness, identifying analytical requirements, and integrating multi source information into authoritative products; 4) Competence in retrieving, translating, and reconciling data using Program Budget Information System (PBIS) or similar financial systems; AND 5) Experience coordinating across diverse stakeholders, representing organizational positions in formal forums, and leading teams to deliver accurate, timely analytical outputs.
