Management and Program Analyst

Incumbent serves as a Management and Program Analyst (EEO) for the ATO, Western Service Center, Resource Management Group, Management and Administrative Support Team, AJV-W640

**Qualifications:**
To qualify for this position you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to FV-H, FG/GS-12 in the Federal Service. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position. Specialized experience includes: Experience Demonstrating the accomplishment of evaluative and analytical methods to identify and measure accomplishments and progress, revise methods, and develop new approaches to information gathering. Your experience must include knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) laws, rules, and regulations. Skill using a variety of automated data analysis and program/project management tools to complete work assignments, which may include, but are not limited to Microsoft (MS) Excel, MS SharePoint, MS PowerPoint.
