Management Analyst

This position is with the Directorate of Administrative Programs (DAP), within the Office of Audit (OOA), located in Washington, DC. This position is at the full performance level. This position is outside the bargaining unit. Selectee will be expected to report to the office listed above.

**Qualifications:**
For the GS-14: Applicants must have 52 weeks of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level GS-13 in the Federal Service. Specialized Experience is the experience that equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities (KSA's) to perform the duties of the position successfully, and that is typically in or related to the position to be filled. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the next lower grade level. Qualifying specialized experience for the GS-14 includes: Using knowledge of a wide range of management and planning concepts, principals and practices to analyze and evaluate the efficiency of a variety of planning systems and processes AND conducting analyses and evaluations of both administrative and program activities.
