CONTRACT SPECIALIST

You will serve as a CONTRACT SPECIALIST in the Fleet & Family Readiness Programs of CNI DETACHMENT MILLINGTON.

**Qualifications:**
In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1.) Knowledge of the use of special provisions and incentives to plan and carry out contracting assignments related to pre-award or post-award functions, price/cost analysis, and/or the review of these functions. 2.) Familiarity with business practices and market conditions sufficient to evaluate bid responsiveness, contractor responsibility and contractor performance. 3.) Ability to present factual information; compose memoranda, minutes, and reports; and draft contract provisions and supporting documents.
