This position is in the Office of the Administrator (AO), Office of Administrative Service and Performance Management, Business Operations Division. About AO. This is an office-centered position--you must physically report to the duty station stated in this announcement on a regular basis.
**Qualifications:**
NOTE: You must meet qualification requirements by the closing date of this announcement. To qualify for the GS-12 level, you must have 1 year of full-time* specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-11 level defined as supporting projects or program activities related to facilities management, space management, or administrative operations; coordinating with program offices, service providers, or leadership to implement operational initiatives; and analyzing program or operational data to identify issues and recommend improvements. To qualify for the GS-13 level, you must have 1 year of full-time* specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-12 level defined as managing projects or program activities related to facilities management, space management, or administrative operations; applying project management principles to assist with planning, coordinating, or monitoring project scope, schedules, and resources; and coordinatoring with program offices, service providers, or leadership to implement operational initiatives. You will need the following competencies in order to perform the duties of this position successfully: Program/Project Management/Evaluation.* (assessed at GS-12/13) Facilities Operations and Management.* (assessed at GS-12/13) Performance Measurement.* (assessed at GS-12 only) Stakeholder Management. Compliance and Compliance Inspection. Budget and Cost Management. Organizational Performance Analysis.* (assessed at GS-13 only) *You will be evaluated on these critical competencies.
