ADMINISTRATIVE/TECHNICAL SPECIALIST

**Qualifications:**
For the NT-3: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-2 (GS-5/8 equivalent) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector supporting production controller functions by assisting in the planning of operational phases to include manpower and materials for a program. For the NT-2: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-1 (GS-1/4 equivalent) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector assisting with procurement packages by reviewing production requirements for a program.
