HOUSEKEEPING SHIFT MANAGER NF03

This is a Shift Manager position in our Housekeeping department. THIS POSITION IS OPEN ONLY TO CURRENT SHADES OF GREEN EMPLOYEES.

**Qualifications:**
QUALIFICATIONS MUST BE CLEARLY VERIFIABLE IN YOUR RESUME. GOVERNMENT POSITIONS MUST INCLUDE PAY PLAN, SERIES, GRADE, TO AND FROM DATES, AND GOVERNMENT AGENCY/DEPARTMENT. All qualification requirements must include experience performing duties equivalent in scope and complexity to the next lower grade level. THIS POSITION IS OPEN ONLY TO CURRENT SHADES OF GREEN EMPLOYEES. Two years demonstrated work experience that provided a working knowledge of housekeeping in a hotel or related field. Must be able to apply inspection procedures and be able to meet and deal with levels of personnel and apply a high degree of tact and diplomacy that demonstrates strong leadership qualities. Must be able to effectively communicate orally and in writing. Must be knowledgeable in using computers and different programs: experience in Microsoft word and excel is preferred. Ability to communicate verbally and in writing using the English Language in a clear, concise, and grammatically correct manner.
