HR SPEC (MILITARY) (Title 5) (Permanent)

THIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 5 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION. This National Guard position is for a HR SPEC (MILITARY) (Title 5) (Permanent), Position Description Number T59004P1 and is part of the VA 192 FTR WG, National Guard.

GENERAL EXPERIENCE: Applicant must have experience administering and accomplishing functions of one or more human resources programs. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Applicant must have at least 12 months of specialized experience, education, or training, equivalent to at least the GS-07 level, or equivalent pay band in other pay systems in the Federal government? This experience may also have been obtained in the private sector, but must demonstrate that it is comparable to the GS grade indicated. This experience must include activities such as: Experience planning, directing, controlling and providing advisory services on all aspects of the Career Enhancement or Customer Service. Experience planning, directing, controlling all aspects of the relocation or human resources employment. Experience developing wing readiness plans for the administration of contingencies and mobilizations. Experience managing Deployment Systems.
