You will serve as a SUPERVISORY INTERDISCIPLINARY ENGINEER/SCIENTIST in the AIR VEHICLE TEST & EVALUATION DEPARTMENT of NAVTESTWINGLANT NWCF. This Announcement Covers 13 Vacancies, Considering the Following Disciplines: GENERAL ENGINEER (0801) PHYSICIST (1310) OPERATIONS RESEARCH ANALYST (1515) COMPUTER SCIENTIST(1550)
**Qualifications:**
In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-09 through GS-12) grade level or pay band (NM-03) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Carrying out the full range of combined technical and administrative direction of others; 2) Motivating employees under your leadership to perform the organization's objectives; 3) Establishing and communicating organizational objectives in both groups and one-on-one meetings to ensure that the workload of the unit is assigned to, understood by, and successfully completed by your employees; 4) Resolving complex technical problems, reviewing work, and providing, finding, and researching answers to employees' questions; 5) Demonstrating professional competence in the test and evaluation discipline sufficient to provide supervision and technical direction of the workforce; 6) Administering management policies and procedures, and coordinating functions between various groups to accomplish intended goals.
