HOUSING MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT

You will serve as a HOUSING MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT in the HOUSING DEPARTMENT of US NAVAL AIR FACILITY ATSUGI. ***ACCESS TO MEDICAL AND DENTAL CARE IN JAPAN IS EXTREMELY LIMITED. Please see Additional Information section below.***

**Qualifications:**
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: housing waiting list management and referral services, interviewing and counseling personnel requesting housing assistance and referrals, reviewing and inputting applications into the enterprise Military Housing (eMH) database, using Microsoft Word and automated Financial Management System, record keeping, assisting investigative personnel, applying provisions of Privacy Act in relation to disclosure of records, monitoring maintenance records, inventory, and utilization of assets, preparing housing reports, and issuing local regulations.
