Manufacturing Division Manager (Division Manager)

This position is located at Bureau of Engraving and Printing, within the Finishing Division, WCF. As a Manufacturing Division Manager, you will be responsible for planning and directing a variety of related work operations to support functions related to the currency manufacturing in several branches through subordinate levels of supervision.

For the GS-14, you must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position includes: Supervising employees in a manufacturing/production environment, including establishing priorities, planning work, and scheduling work assignments; AND Assisting in planning and coordinating production operations to maintain balanced operations in terms of staffing, materials, and scheduling to meet organizational production goals. In addition to the above requirements, you must meet the following time-in-grade requirement, if applicable: For the GS-14, you must have been at the GS-13 level for 52 weeks.
