Job Description
You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in theIMMEDIATE OFC OF CHIEF OF NVL OPS.
**Qualifications:**
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-13) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience includes duties related to the following: 1) Reviewing and comprehending technical presentations and documents, to counsel requirements officers on proper application of Joint requirements processes, and rapidly identify the best-fit Navy personnel/ organizations to provide informed review of such information using expert knowledge of Navy Core military missions, systems and programs; 2) Clearly explaining complex processes and producing classified correspondence per associated DoD security and document marking rules and regulations; 3) Organizing and managing the archive of important Navy requirements documents; 4) Demonstrating experience with computer applications, to include spreadsheet analysis, database management, document manipulation and change tracking; archiving; and automated data processing tools and equipment to construct reports, charts, spreadsheets, and graphs; 5) Demonstrating experience in requirements development or requirements management; 6) Using the Defense Acquisition System and associated processes, to include existing and emerging directives, instructions, and manuals; 7) Managing the coordination, scheduling, monitoring, and continuous improvement of requirements processes and associated data.
