Job Description
You will serve as an Aircraft Overhaul AND Repair Supervisor in the MRO Pruduction Department, Production Lines Division of FLEET READINESS CENTER SOUTHWEST.

Qualification requirements emphasis is on quality of experience, not necessarily the length of time. Your qualifications will be evaluated on the basis of your level of knowledge, skills, abilities and/or competencies in the job elements and screen out listed below. This job has a screen-out element which will be used to determine minimum eligibility for this job. Applicants who do not receive a minimum of two points on the screen-out element(s) will be found ineligible. The Screen-out Element for this position is: ABILITY TO LEAD OR SUPERVISE I have the ability to independently perform the most difficult and complex tasks including: I have the ability to independently perform the most difficult and complex tasks as an expert or have been consulted by other employees in difficult situations performing duties including: 1) Manage manpower, equipment, facilities, materials and other resources to accomplish work operations; 2) Establish priorities, deadlines and task sequencing to comply with productions plans; 3) Journeyman level knowledge and experience from any of the various aircraft platforms and trades sufficient to direct the work of artisans either directly or indirectly through subordinate leaders, in accomplishing trade and labor operations; 4) Communicate to management on a variety of issues, as well as effectively communicate with shop artisans on compliance issues and work requirements.
