Job Description

This position is located in the Architect of the Capitol (AOC), Office of the Chief Operating Officer, Superintendent, House Office Buildings, Assistant Superintendent, Facilities Operations Division, Elevator Branch.

**Qualifications:**
You must meet the United States Office of Personnel Management's (OPM) qualification requirements (including specialized experience and/or educational requirements) for the advertised position. You must meet the following SCREEN-OUT(S) required for this position: Ability to perform the work of an elevator mechanic (electronics) worker without more than normal supervision. Knowledge of the mechanical, electro-mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic philosophies related to the work performed. Tools and Equipment Ability to interpret instructions (including blueprints).
