**Qualifications:**
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Must have knowledge of housekeeping in hotel operation and ability to supervise team of housekeepers in a large lodging facility. Proficient in basic computer functions necessary to operate in a Windows environment and adapt to new technology. Must be able to accommodate a flexible work schedule to include weekends, variable shifts, and holidays. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Knowledge of NAF policies and procedures or commonly accepted business practices, industry trends, policies, and procedures to include budgeting, inventories, cost controls, and contract agreement is preferred. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationship with subordinates, officials, and others. Supervise employees accomplishing work, provide work directions. Organization, multi-tasking, and time management skills with attention to details. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing in English. Knowledge in operating Microsoft Programs to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. This is a mixed position where the incumbent must be able to lift and carry objects up to 45lbs independently and objects over 45lbs with assistance. A valid Government Owned Vehicle (GOV) operator's permit is required for the performance of duties for this position. Inability to obtain or maintain appropriate GOV licensing may result in termination for lack of qualifications. The incumbent is required to obtain required GOV licenses within 30 days of hire.
