**Qualifications:**
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-02 pay band (GS-11 equivalent) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: As a professional engineer providing technical oversight and direction to manage the technical development, product design, production, and implementation of flight termination and telemetry systems to devise effective solutions that solve program constraints.
