**Qualifications:**
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Knowledge of integrating operational and administrative readiness and exercise program's mission, organization and work processes throughout the enterprise Applying qualitative and quantitative techniques to analyze and measure the effectiveness, efficiency and productivity of the installation Knowledge of basic emergency response procedures including regional operations Commanding and controlling watch team organization, information management processes, resource management, and planning to collaborate with leaders on organizing, training, and assessing the installation's Incident Management Team. Establishing short and long-range plans to meet enterprise-required training and exercise goals, objectives, and milestones and directly supports major assessments.
