**Qualifications:**
What are we looking for? Ability to handle all aspects of rooms assigned, including but not limited to: Inventory and restocking of supplies and amenities. Knowledge of proper usage of common cleaning tools, cleaning agents and industrial type vacuum cleaners, carpet cleaners and buffers, preferred. Must be able to work independently. Must be able to identify and call in for repair all maintenance problems; alert management when problems concerning guest treatment of quarters occurs; makes independent decisions regarding property and supplies in rooms such as stained furniture, carpets, damaged linen and supplies. Must be able to read signs, follow written and oral instructions. Must have a valid driver's license to operate company vehicles to be transported from one work place to another.
