Software Engineer, Full-Stack & DevOps (all genders, full time)

<p>IRUBIS is a young biotechnology start-up specializing in bioprocess monitoring. We are building a state-of-the-art spectroscopy system, Monipa, to provide our biopharma customers with real-time analysis of their bioprocesses in drug development.</p>
<p>As a Software Engineer at IRUBIS you will develop on-device software with modern technology and improve our internal infrastructure. Apply to IRUBIS and be part of a great team that aims to revolutionize the way biopharmaceuticals are produced!</p>
<h2>Tasks</h2>
<ul>
<li>Develop and maintain our full-stack application using <strong>FastAPI</strong> and <strong>React/Next.js</strong></li>
<li>Maintain and improve our <strong>Linux-Based Infrastructure</strong></li>
<li>Improve internal tooling and automation workflows using <strong>Ansible</strong> and <strong>Streamlit</strong></li>
<li>Develop and maintain <strong>CI/CD pipelines</strong> with <strong>GitHub Actions</strong></li>
<li><strong>Integrate</strong> software and hardware components</li>
<li><strong>Collaborate</strong> closely with hardware, application, and sales teams</li>
</ul>
<h2>Requirements</h2>
<ul>
<li>At least <strong>2 years</strong> of professional experience in software development</li>
<li>Strong programming skills in <strong>Python</strong> and <strong>TypeScript</strong></li>
<li>Experience writing <strong>clean, maintainable code</strong> and <strong>software tests</strong></li>
<li>Solid experience with <strong>Git</strong> and version control workflows</li>
<li>Practical experience with <strong>CI/CD pipelines</strong></li>
<li>Confidence working with <strong>Linux-based systems</strong></li>
<li>Proficiency in <strong>English</strong></li>
<li>Nice to Have: Experience in developing software for <strong>physical</strong> <strong>hardware;</strong> Experience with managing <strong>infrastructure</strong></li>
