Supervisory Biologist/Toxicologist/Chemical Engineer/Physical Scientist/Chemist

This position is in the Office of Chemical Safety and Pollution Prevention, Office of Pollution Prevention and Toxics, New Chemicals Division, New Chemicals Risk Management Branch 3. About: OCSPP This is an office-centered position--you must physically report to one of the duty stations stated in this announcement on a regular basis (location TBD after candidate selected).

**Qualifications:**

In addition to the basic entry education requirements, you must have specialized experience and/or directly related education as described below: To qualify for the GS-15 level, you must have 1 year of full-time* specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-14 level defined as leading a multidisciplinary team, project or scientific program to synthesize scientific/technical data to resolve technical or regulatory issues, and support regulatory decisions; developing, interpreting, and/or implementing regulations, guidelines, and/or policies related to the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA); and establishing and/or monitoring performance measures to assess the effectiveness, efficiency, and progress of a team. You will need the following competencies in order to perform the duties of this position successfully: Program/Project Management/Evaluation.
