The National Counterterrorism Center (NCTC) leads the nation's effort to protect the United States from terrorism by integrating, analyzing and sharing information to drive whole-of-government action and achieve our national CT objectives.

**Qualifications:**
At least 10 years of experience in a related field at a national agency, service component, or combatant command. Expert ability to direct taskings, assess and manage performance, collaborate on goal setting, and support personal and professional development. A proven record of success as a supervisor. Expert knowledge of analytic tradecraft and product review. Superior knowledge of resource management principles and applications. Superior interpersonal skills, corporate approach, and aptitude at building consensus.
