**Qualifications:**
A qualified candidate must possess the following: Must have construction management experience related to the hotel industry and have knowledge of hotel operations or other facilities. Must have experience with serving as a Contracting Officer Representative (COR). The Hale Koa Hotel will be having an in-person Job Fair on Tuesday, 21 April 2026, from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Applicants will submit their applications and resumes which will be immediately reviewed and, if qualified, given to management for an on-the-spot interview. Selected applicants will start the pre-employment process, to include fingerprinting, following the interview. Applicants should bring the following: Resume - must be two pages (or less) 2-3 Professional References with Contact Information Valid Photo ID and Social Security Card Applicable professional certificates and/or transcripts.
