General Clerk - PSNS

Support the Military's Quality of Life programs! The Morale, Welfare, and Recreation (MWR) department of Commander, Navy Installations Command (CNIC) provides fitness, recreation, lodging and food and beverage programs for service members, their families, retired military and civilian employees. This position is assigned to the Non-Appropriated Fund (NAF) Food and Beverage; Fleet Readiness; Commander, Navy Installations command (CNIC); NBK Bremerton - EFS.

**Qualifications:**
Knowledge of the duties, priorities, commitments, policies, and program goals of the staff sufficient to perform assignments such as supply ordering, scheduling, record and file maintenance requirements for publications, directives and other materials which may affect the division. Knowledge of and ability to use correct grammar and spelling. Knowledge of and ability to apply payroll processing, Employee Food Services policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), instructions and policies. Knowledge of inventory procedures to identify any irregularities. Skilled in the use of Windows Office applications (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel). Ability to operate various office equipment. Ability to organize and coordinate work within schedule constraints and handle emergent requirements in a timely manner. Ability to analyze and prepare clear, concise, and technically sound reports related to work within the Branch. Ability to type a variety of documents and demonstrate excellent clerical skills. Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
