Job Description
This position is located at Bureau of Engraving and Printing, within the Office of Human Resources. As a Human Resources Officer, you will be responsible for the overall direction and management of the Bureau's human resources management (HR) program, its HR program operations, and the integration of the HR initiatives into, and in support of, the overall BEP resource management program for both (DCF & WCF) facilities.
**Qualifications:**
You must meet the following requirements by the closing date of this announcement. For the GS-15, you must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-14 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position includes: Executive direction over day to day operations of an organization's Strategic and Workforce Planning; AND Experience in at least 3 of the following 6 areas of Human Resources Management. a. Performance Management and Awards b. Employee and Labor Relations c. Position Management and Organizational Design d. Staffing e. Classification f. Executive Staffing, Development and Performance Management In addition to the above requirements, you must meet the following time-in-grade requirement, if applicable: For the GS-15, you must have been at the GS-14 level for 52 weeks.
