Job Description
You will serve as an Administrative Officer in the Flag Secretariat Division (OPNAV N9S) within the Office of the Deputy Chief of Naval Operations for Warfare Systems (OPNAV N9) of IMMEDIATE OFC OF CHIEF OF NVL OPS.
**Qualifications:**
GS-11: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-09) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience includes duties related to the following: 1) Performing security clearance administration duties as a Security Coordinator; 2) Providing a wide variety of secretarial, administrative, and related support to executive level staff; 3) Serving as the lead Purchase Card holder, assisting the division in understanding the rules on use of government credit card, including source selection, proper procedures, and training requirements; 4) Serving as the Defense Travel System subject expert who oversees travel execution. GS-09: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-07) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience includes duties related to the following: 1) Assisting with security clearance administration duties; 2) Providing general office support for a variety of clerical activities and tasks; 3) Making periodic reports of expenditures and related data, as required by supervisor; 4) Creating reports based on travel data to support executive-level monthly resource management meetings.
