Job Description

Serves as the Program Implementation Manager for programs related to the establishment, modernization, sustainment, and operation of National Airspace System (NAS) facilities and equipment in support of Facility and Equipment (F&E) and Operations (Ops) funded programs. Collaborates and coordinates with team members, stakeholders and program offices on development and performance of project scope, schedule and budget.

**Qualifications:**
Specialized Experience Candidates must have one year (52 weeks) of specialized experience equivalent to the (FV-I or FG/GS-13) level that is typically in or related to the line of work of the position to be filled and which has equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the work of the position to be filled. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been at least equivalent to the next lower level in the normal line of progression for the occupation in the organization. Specialized experience includes: Technical experience involving operation, installation or establishment of NAS components, facilities or systems. Project management experience is NAS related programs on projects involving acquisition, deployment, sustainment, and improvement of facilities. Specialized experience may also include aviation technical knowledge gained through experience in the design, development, deployment, or performance evaluation of systems or facilities that support the NAS. In addition, experience may include design, project management or construction administration of projects or programs in military or other public or private sector infrastructure development efforts. Relevant projects include large, complex developments with multiple stakeholders. Project Management Professional certification desired.
